DESIGN CONFIRMATION
1. For order procedures, the client must directly contact our sales person/customer service to discuss further the designs/concepts that the client has chosen. 2. Black Space will only arrange the order accordingly after Black Space has received 40 percent of the payment and will proceed with the order of contents, materials, or specified requirements 3. Before the installation and delivery of the appointed date and time, the client must pay the total amount as agreed in the quotation within 3-7 days, which is 50 percent. 4. Black Space will provide the sales order according to the client's requirements. 5. After the client has sent the final confirmation draft to Black Space, Black Space will not provide any refund nor to re-design under any circumstances. 6. Black Space may imply extra charges for any major amendments/changes. The costs will be informed accordingly by our customer service/shop assistance. 7. The order will only proceed after the client approves the color code and the structured cabinet, as discussed. 8. Black Space will only arrange the installation after the renovation work by the client is done. (e.g., wiring, plumbing, relocation, etc.) 9. Black Space will not be responsible for any damage that occurs on-site unless clear evidence, such as photos or witness statements, proves our team caused it.
SALES & PURCHASE ORDER
1. Payment Terms: Cash, Bank Transfer, Cheque, Debit cards & Credit card. Payment with cheque should be crossed and made payable to:- BLACK SPACE SDN. BHD. or by online transfer Public Bank Berhad, Bank Account No.: 3223-8009-01 10% - Upon confirmation, deposit is non-refundable. 40% - Payment for fabrication upon design/drawing acceptance. 50% - Balance should be paid three (3) days before site delivery and installation. 2. Complimentary 3D design is only applicable for 3 times. 3. If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, once the 3D and 2D designs have been processed, the deposit will be used for design fees instead of a refund. 4. In this situation, the company's terms regarding the booking fee and services are outlined clearly for clients: - 1. *Booking Fee*: The client pays a 10% booking fee upfront. This fee secures the project and likely confirms the client’s intent to move forward. (site visits, 3D drawings) - 2. *Complimentary Services*: The 3D visualization and site visits are oared for free, as part of the service package during the initial phases of the project. - 3. *Cancellation Terms*: If the client decides to cancel the project after these complimentary services have been rendered, the deposit will be allocated towards design fees and site visit charges. Exchanges of items are not permitted. 5. This policy ensures that the company can recoup some costs if a client backs out, covering the resources spent on creating the 3D drawings. It also makes it clear to clients that while some services are initially complimentary, there are charges if the project is canceled after these services have been utilized.
WARRANTY & SERVICES
Black Space warranty covers manufacturing defects for parts or mechanism of kitchens cabinet, wardrobes, appliances and worktop (the "Product's") purchased from Black Space outlets according to the period of warranty as below strictly with effective from the date of invoice,subject to the terms and conditions stated below:

1. This warranty is to benefit the original purchaser of the Product (the "Customer") and it is not transferable to any other party. 2. This warranty shall not cover the following circumstances and the costs to replace or repair shall be bome2by the customer: a. The effects of normal wear and tear of the Product. b. Cosmetic damage, including scratches, dents, chips, cut/damages caused by impacts or accident sunless such damage results from defects in materials/workmanship and is reported to Black Space within 7 days from the date of installation. c. The damages caused by power surges or outages, water leakages from water outlets or water spilage due to user's negligence, fire, flood, explosion, acts of God, or other external causes beyond Black Space's control, lack of normal maintenance, negligence, misuse, willful damage or it was not maintained according to Black Space's care and maintenance guide, extreme conditions such as excessive exposure to direct sunlight, exposure to moisture or exposure to extreme temperatures. d. The defects are caused by household pests including but not limited to termites, ants, wood borers and rats. e. Natural variations in the color, materials or textures, changes arising from the natural aging process of the material and grain of the wood, deterioration or tarnishing to surface finishes. f. The Product has undergone repairs, modification, alterations/dismantlement by any unauthorized party. 3. All warranty claims are subject to Black $pace's discretion with verification from the appointed Black Space Authorized Account Manager arranged by Black Space and the Customer shall present the following documents for warranty claim: a. The invoice and official receipt from Black space, b. The hand over letter. 4. Black Space shall at its discretion, either repair the defective product or replace it with the same or a comparable product in the event that the product is discontinued. 5. Any defective parts removed in the course of repair or dismantlement works will become the property of Black space. 6. In no event shall Black Space be liable for any special,indirect or consequential damages. 7. Black Space shall have the right to impose additional labor costs and transportation if the Product is not made accessible to Black Space Authorized Account Manager or the Product installed location is remote. 8. Please contact our Customer Service which the Customer purchased the product from should the Customer require any services.
