Warranty Eligibility This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser of the product (“Customer”) and is non-transferable to any other party. Exclusions This warranty does not cover, and the costs of repair or replacement shall be borne by the Customer, under the following circumstances: 1. Normal wear and tear of the product. 2. Cosmetic damages such as scratches, dents, chips, or cuts caused by impact or accidents, unless the damage results from manufacturing defects and is reported to Black Space within 7 days of installation. 3. Damages caused by power surges, electrical outages, water leakages or spillage due to negligence, fire, flood, explosion, natural disasters, external causes beyond Black Space’s control, lack of proper maintenance, misuse, willful damage, or failure to follow Black Space’s care and maintenance guide. 4. Damages caused by pests, including but not limited to termites, ants, wood borers, and rodents. 5. Natural variations in color, texture, grain, or changes due to the natural aging process of materials, as well as surface deterioration or tarnishing over time. 6. Any repairs, modifications, alterations, or dismantling carried out by unauthorized parties. Warranty Claim Process All claims are subject to Black Space’s verification and discretion, with assessment conducted by an appointed Black Space Authorized Account Manager. The Customer must provide the following documents when submitting a claim: Original invoice and official receipt issued by Black Space Handover letter Remedies At its sole discretion, Black Space will either repair the defective product or replace it with an identical or comparable product if the original product is no longer available. Ownership of Defective Parts Any parts removed during repair or dismantling will become the property of Black Space. Limitation of Liability Black Space shall not be held liable for any special, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of the product. Additional Service Costs Black Space reserves the right to impose additional labor or transportation charges if the product is not reasonably accessible for inspection/repair, or if the installation site is in a remote location.
